Josh’s Croutons
If you have stale or day old bread croutons are a perfect way to prevent having to throw it all out.
Ingredients
6 slices of bread
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs like basil or oregano (or anything you'd like)
Salt to taste

Small bowl

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place herbs and salt in olive oil and sir.
- Brush the herbs and oil on to the bread slices. If you don't have a brush use a spoon and gently spoon over the bread and spread with the back.
- Slice up bread in small 1/2 inch pieces. (If you aren't a fan of crust slice off the crust and compost)
- Grease your pan with oil
- Bake 400 degrees uncovered for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and enjoy!
