Banana Bread
Banana bread is a great way to use up your overripe bananas if you bake often and have extra baking ingredients laying around.
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Baking spray
Optional: 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat your oven for 350°F and grease your baking pan with your spray.
- In your mixing bowl smash your ripe bananas with your large mixing spoon.
- Stir in your melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until combined.
- In a separate bowl roughly combine flour and baking soda with a fork.
- Tip in your dry ingredients into the mixing bowl and combine
- If you would like you can also add some cinnamon at this point. If not, skip this step.
- Pour into your pan and place into your preheated oven.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a knife can be inserted and cleanly pulled out.
- Wait to cool and serve!
