Breakfast Parfaits

This is recipe is designed to be something that you can prep with whatever you have at home and store in the fridge for on the go later.

Ingredients 
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (Or any other flavor else you'd prefer)
1 can mandarin oranges - drained
1 cup granola/oats or cereal
1-2 bananas - sliced
4 mason jars

Optional: Other seasonal fruits or berries


Tools/Equipment
Large Spoons
Can opener
Knife
Cutting board


Directions 

  1. Slice your bananas and open and drain your can of mandarin oranges, set them aside.
  2. In clean mason jars scoop about 1/2 cup of yogurt into the bottom and even it out with the back of your spoon.
  3. Top the yogurt with a layer of banana slices.
  4. Repeat with the mandarin oranges and any other fruits you may want.
  5. Finally, top with a layer of granola or your choice of cereal.
  6. Serve immediately or twist on a lid and store in the refrigerator for later.
